On-set & tracking
As VFX supervisor, I collected all camera data (aperture, focal length, focal point) and used it for precise 3D tracking and scene reconstruction.
Character & motion
I applied Multi-HMR to regenerate character motion and Rococo monocular mocap for match-moves, ensuring believable character interactions.
Simulation & effects
Houdini: built a procedural flocking system inspired by fish schooling to create dynamic interactions.
Cinema 4D: added specific scene simulations.
Timeline
The project was completed in one month (excluding shooting) — a fast-paced production that pushed me to apply a full industrial CGI pipeline on a commercial scale.
